AYLUS Pearland is thrilled to announce leadership and volunteer openings for the Tealine Team, a youth-led entrepreneurial initiative. Tealine is more than just boba tea—it’s a creative social enterprise offering beverages, snacks, and food items designed to support fundraising and community impact.

This project provides a platform for youth to explore entrepreneurship, develop leadership skills, and work collaboratively to build a successful and meaningful business.

Leadership Positions:

1. Operations Lead

• Oversee daily operations and logistics for Tealine’s activities.

• Coordinate product production, inventory, and distribution.

• Ensure smooth execution of fundraising events and product launches.

2. Product Design Lead

• Lead the creation and refinement of Tealine’s product lines, including drinks, snacks, and packaging designs.

• Develop innovative ideas for new products tailored to fundraising needs.

• Collaborate with testers to ensure product quality and appeal.

3. Marketing Lead

• Drive Tealine’s branding, social media campaigns, and promotional strategies.

• Design marketing materials and plan outreach to attract fundraising partners and customers.

• Align marketing efforts with product launches and community events.

4. Training and Inclusion Lead

• Develop and lead programs to teach individuals with special needs life skills, such as making and selling Tealine products.

• Provide hands-on training in product preparation, customer service, and event participation.

• Foster an inclusive environment where participants can gain confidence and independence through meaningful engagement in the business.

5. Team Lead

• Provide overall leadership and direction for the Tealine Team.

• Coordinate between all leadership roles and ensure alignment with the initiative’s goals.

• Motivate team members and manage timelines to achieve milestones.

Additional Volunteer Roles:

• Testers: Evaluate products for quality, consistency, and customer satisfaction.

• General Team Members: Assist in event planning, product development, and other operations.

Responsibilities for All Positions:

• Fundraising Support: Help organize events to promote Tealine products as fundraising tools for schools, clubs, and local causes.

• Collaboration: Work closely with team members to drive the initiative’s growth and success.

• Community Impact: Contribute to creating meaningful products that serve both customers and community needs.
