The first Pearland Star Talent Show (11.25.2018)

On November 25, 2018, the Pearland Chinese Association successfully hosted the first Pearland Star Talent Show. The PCA board members worked diligently to organize the event, and community residents eagerly signed up to participate, creating an energetic and festive atmosphere.

Professional judges from the Greater Houston area specializing in vocal performance, dance, and other arts were invited to evaluate the contestants fairly and professionally. After exciting performances, first, second, and third prizes were awarded. In addition, a selection of outstanding acts was chosen to be part of the 2020 Pearland Chinese New Year Gala.

The inaugural Pearland Star Talent Show not only showcased the diverse talents of the community but also provided a platform for interaction and learning. Both performers and audience members experienced a strong sense of artistic inspiration and community spirit. The Pearland Chinese Association expressed its commitment to continuing cultural activities to enrich the lives of local residents.
